It's the second of December, and already Chicago is completely decked out for Christmas. It has been since the first week of November, but that's irrelevant. I put the lights up in the apartment, and a stocking, and Christmas-esque candles, so I am incredibly prepared for my first holiday in the big city. With new headshots in hand and an unbelievable amount of passion, I set off to start my first winter on my own.
I got my second batch of headshots today and various random shots that were taken for me last week, which will be very helpful and give me more variety to choose from. My photographer is an up and coming cinematographer that I'm collaborating with on quite a few different projects. Up and coming for me will include miscellaneous short films, modeling for a book cover, and my feature premier next month. (Sidenote: It is so peculiar to me that I filmed the feature almost a year ago, and it is just now premiering... The movie process is very long.)
Thank goodness for my free time, which I spend sitting on my couch watching an umpteenth amount of Friends and How I Met Your Mother reruns. I'm looking forward to the end of the month when I can go home and see my family and old friends. Thank goodness for the holidays!
